Job Description
Job Overview Our Family Service Division is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager to join our team located in New Iberia, LA. The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting assessments, developing service plans, monitoring and supporting at-risk youth and their families, and working with multiple systems. Required Skills Interpersonal, communication, and advocacy skills Interviewing, assessment and case planning skills Organizational and record management skills Ability to adapt and work in multiple systems, including juvenile court Knowledge and skills in working with a High-Risk population Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Word, Excel, Database Systems, Email, etc. Minimum Educational Requirements and Experience Master's degree in a human development related field (Education, Social Work, Psychology, etc.) 5+ years of experience working with children and families Experience in working with youth in crisis Experience in working with courts (preferred)
