Case Manager Tulane University - 4.0 New Orleans, LA Job Details Full-time 12 hours ago Qualifications Crisis intervention Master's degree in social work Law Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) Mid-level Master's degree Case management Counseling Working with individuals with mental health conditions Social Work Crisis management 2 years Master's degree in counseling Full Job Description Provide case management and victim support services as part of a team within Student Resources & Support Services. Work one-on-one with students and families experiencing difficult times. Participate in an on-call rotation at least one week each month for 12 months, ensuring continuous support and accessibility.
Minimum Qualification:
Master's degree in higher education, counseling, social work or related field or law degree. Two years'Â experience working with an at risk population.Preferred Qualification:
Experience working with TitleIX, FERPA
& Clery Compliance. Prior training in working with victims of crime, particularly around trauma informed interactions. Previous experience working with individuals with mental health issues. Previous experience responding to crisis situations.
