Brandon is the only Certified CARE agency in the State of Massachusetts CARE is an evidence-based treatment model created at Cornell University If you want to enhance your clinical practice by utilizing a proven method of helping kids heal from traumatic events, then come join our community!

We are seeking a Case Manager to provide services primarily in our campus based residential programs as well as our community based group homes. The Case Manager works with youth and families who have experienced significant trauma and helps them heal by providing therapeutic relationships and by facilitating communication, coordination, and collaboration amongst the entire multidisciplinary team. This position provides the opportunity to not only utilize your clinical skills, but your leadership skills as you provide oversight, coaching, and guidance to a team of milieu professionals. This role provides excellent learning opportunities for a professional looking to begin a career in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or other Human Service careers.
Essential Responsibilities:
Work as a team with all Brandon staff, programs and departments by communicating all pertinent information efficiently and effectively and by completing all daily documentation, conference reports and required forms.

Acts as the primary contact person for collaterals, schools, and families.

Develop comprehensive and objective treatment plan development and implementation in compliance with multiple regulations and agency policyEffectively communicate with parents, guardians, and collaterals all necessary information regarding ongoing care, treatment progress, critical incidents, etc.

Responsibly prepare for, attend, and lead case related meetings including quarterly progress reviews, weekly treatment team meetings, mini teams, etc.

Complete case reports, progress notes, and other documentation as required
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree required, BSW preferredExperience in residential treatment is preferredStrong presentation, verbal, written and organizational skillsThrives in a multi-task environmentValid Massachusettss drivers license & able to pass

Ability to participate in non-violent physical interventionsQualified candidates will have experience working with youth with social and emotional difficulties, a passion for helping youth who have experienced traumatic life events, and the ability to develop therapeutic relationships.
