Community-based social services / human services organization Requirements Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 2+ years of experience in social services, counseling, or case management Prior experience in protective services, crisis intervention, casework, or elder services Strong ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and exercise sound judgment Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and safe driving record Job Duties Investigate reports of abuse, neglect, financial exploitation, and self-neglect involving older adults (60+) Conduct urgent field visits and respond to crisis situations as needed Complete written assessments related to safety, risk, capacity, and functional ability Provide short-term case management following substantiated reports Coordinate referrals and services to reduce risk and improve client safety Collaborate with individuals served, family supports, internal staff, and community partners Maintain accurate documentation in alignment with program and regulatory standards
