Job Description

KidsPeace is seeking a dedicated and organized Case Manager to join our team in Orono, Maine. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating care, collaborating across departments, and supporting a diverse caseload of residents. This position plays a key role in ensuring individuals receive high-quality services through strong advocacy, communication, and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage an assigned caseload with professionalism and attention to detail Coordinate case-related information, ensuring proper access and distribution with appropriate releases Facilitate monthly case reviews and advocate for client needs Build and maintain relationships with clients, legal guardians, providers, school districts, and community agencies Monitor quality of care through feedback and ongoing communication Coordinate and lead Service Team and Case Review meetings Arrange visits, maintain documentation (including phone records), and support referral processes Provide transportation as needed Collaborate with Service Teams and Pupil Evaluation Teams to enhance service delivery Maintain up-to-date knowledge of treatment resources across Maine Support development of natural support systems and community resources Promote and model KidsPeace's standards of care, including quality improvement and customer service
Qualifications:
LSW licensure preferred OR Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field Experience in case management, direct service, or working within larger systems strongly preferred Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work collaboratively in a team environment Why Join KidsPeace?
