Case Manager Express Employment Professionals - 3.8 Pontiac, MI Job Details Full-time | Contract $19.53 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Spanish English Driver's License Organizational skills Associate's degree Full Job Description A well-established, mission-driven organization is seeking a Case Manager to support its Community & Energy Services team within a high-volume Welcome Center environment. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about providing direct client support, coordinating services, and helping individuals and families achieve long-term stability. This position is being recruited by a staffing partner and offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a respected human services organization. Key Responsibilities Provide case management and individualized client support, including assessments, intake, and eligibility determination Conduct client interviews and assist with completion of applications for available programs Connect clients with internal services and external community resources Serve as a front-line point of contact handling in-person, phone, and email inquiries Maintain accurate and timely data entry within client tracking systems Participate in community outreach events and represent agency programs Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless service delivery experience Provide general administrative and reception support as needed Qualifications Associate's degree or minimum of 3 years of experience in the human services field At least 1 year of case management or client-facing experience preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Experience working with databases, CRM systems, or client tracking software Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Valid Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) Experience in nonprofit, social services, or public assistance programs Familiarity with eligibility-based programs and coordinated care services Work Environment & Requirements Combination of office-based work and client interaction Travel to various service locations may be required Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs #
