JOB SUMMARY

The Case Worker I completes client intake and obtains support documentation; The Case Worker I is responsible to provide orientation to clients concerning services provided through the DCS Program(s).

DUTIES:

Schedules client(s) appointments Completes client(s) intakes and other necessary forms and obtains support documentation Orientates client(s) on services provided through the DCS Program(s) Assists Data Entry Staff in maintaining client files. Answers telephone and directs calls to appropriate staff Assist other program staff as needed Makes referrals to other resource agencies/organizations Other duties as assigned

SUPERVISORY RELATIONSHIP

The Case Worker is under the direct supervision of the Case Manager Supervisor.

Pay:

$28,080.00 - $31,581.00 per year
