We are a high-volume, client-centered personal injury law firm serving individuals and families across North Carolina. Our mission is to provide compassionate, effective legal representation to those who have been injured due to the negligence of others. With a dedicated legal team and a reputation for results, we are expanding and seeking an experienced Case Manager to join our growing team.Position Overview:
The Case Manager is a vital part of our personal injury practice, responsible for managing client files from intake through settlement or litigation referral. This role requires a high level of organization, empathy, and professionalism, as well as the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the life of their case Open and organize new client files in the case management system Communicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers Obtain and organize medical records, bills, and other case documentation Assist attorneys in preparing demand packages and negotiating settlements Monitor medical treatment status and case progression Maintain detailed case notes and ensure timely follow-ups Coordinate lien resolution and disbursement preparation post-settlementQualifications:
1-3+ years of experience in personal injury case management (law firm or claims handling experience preferred) Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Proficient in case management software (e.g., Needles, Filevine, Clio, or similar) Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Compassionate and client-focused approach to case handling Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not requiredWhat We Offer:
