As a Case Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting attorneys through all facets of personal injury cases. This is an excellent opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while helping clients navigate difficult situations and obtain the compensation they deserve. Responsibilities Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and other relevant parties Organize and maintain case files, track case progress, and escalate issues as needed Conduct research and gather supporting documentation Provide administrative and case management support to attorneys Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to ethical guidelines Assist with obtaining records, managing treatment updates, and monitoring deadlines Qualifications Associate degree and/or paralegal certification preferred Previous experience as a personal injury case manager strongly preferred Workers' Compensation experience is a plus Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a team environment Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
