Job Description

Infinite Beginnings, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) Specialist to join our dedicated behavioral health team. This position works in a facility-based program supporting adults with mental health and/or substance use challenges as they develop daily living skills, social supports, and personal recovery goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate individual and group PSR sessions focused on skill-building, coping strategies, and recovery planning. Provide case management support by connecting participants with community resources, scheduling appointments, and coordinating care. Offer transportation services using a company vehicle to assist clients in attending program activities, appointments, and essential errands. Monitor, document, and report client progress according to agency and Medicaid standards. Participate in treatment team meetings and assist in the development of individualized service plans. Promote a positive, safe, and engaging program environment that encourages growth and recovery. Collaborate with therapists, peer support specialists, and other staff to ensure holistic care and service continuity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field is recommended but not required. Experience working with adults receiving behavioral health services preferred. Must possess a valid North Carolina driver's license and an acceptable driving record. Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Must meet all background check, training, and compliance requirements prior to hire.
Schedule:
Part-Time | Daytime hours | Monday-Friday (specific schedule to be determined)
Compensation:
Commensurate with experience
