Job Description

$1000 Sign on Bonus Urgently Needed The Chase Home is looking for aResidential Case Supervisor to make a difference in the lives of youth who have experienced trauma and significant emotional and behavioral challenges. Join a dynamic and caring team of professionals implementing a trauma- informed care model.
How You Will Make A Difference:
Support youth in developing the skills they need to successfully transition home to families. Teach age appropriate life skills, coping skills, and social skills through modeling, building therapeutic relationships, and behavioral management. Participate in groups and activities designed to enhance youth growth and development and stabilize behaviors. Participate in both on-site and off-site recreational/educational/trust-building activities. Maintain a living environment for youth that is safe, clean, stable, and supportive both physically and emotionally. The Chase Home offers extensive training and supervisory support to all new staff and there are many opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications:
Be at least 21 years old Prior experience working with youth An Associates degree with at least 12 credits in the field of human services Bachelor's degree
Preferred Supervisory Duties:
Supervise a team of Residential Case Managers Participate in the Orientation of new Residential Case Managers Develop and implement daily itineraries that ensures compliance with the scheduled appointments of all residents in the program Develop and implement daily therapeutic and recreational activities for residents Administer medications to residents Act as primary Case Manager to one resident Participate in weekly Supervisors meetings Salary - $24 - $26 based on experience
