Case Manager -
Las Vegas, NV Schedule:
Full Time Overview We are seeking an experienced Case Manager to support clients and attorneys in a dynamic and litigation driven environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to manage a high volume of cases with accuracy and professionalism. Bilingual proficiency is strongly preferred due to the firm's diverse client base. This is a client facing and detail intensive role within a firm that handles complex personal injury and civil litigation matters. The Case Manager is responsible for maintaining momentum on each case, ensuring clients feel supported, and helping attorneys stay fully prepared at every stage. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their case Maintain consistent communication and provide clear updates on case progress Gather medical records, documentation, and evidence with accuracy Track deadlines, statutes, and follow up tasks with precision Coordinate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and external partners Prepare case files for negotiations, mediations, and litigation milestones Maintain detailed notes and documentation in the case management system Ideal Background Experience in personal injury, civil litigation, or a high volume legal environment Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced setting Excellent written and verbal communication Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
