Role Description The Case Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Las Vegas, NV. This role is responsible for managing a caseload from intake through resolution, serving as a primary point of contact for clients, attorneys, and external parties. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and organizing client information and documentation, maintaining accurate case files, and updating case management systems. The Case Manager will coordinate appointments, deadlines, and court or administrative filings, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and in compliance with firm procedures. The role also involves drafting and reviewing routine correspondence, communicating case updates to clients, and collaborating with attorneys and staff to support case strategy and preparation. Qualifications Strong case management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple matters, manage deadlines, and maintain detailed records. Ability to clearly communicate with the clients Must understand auto insurance polices and coverages Ability to complete a comprehensive medical records is a plus Previous experience in a law firm, legal services, insurance, or related professional environment is highly preferred . Bilingual skills (especially English/Spanish) are required . Compensation 60k - 85k (depending on prior experience) Comprehensive bonus structure
