Role:

Join The Personal Injury Pros as an Experienced Bilingual (Spanish) Case Manager in Las Vegas, NV! This exciting opportunity allows you to leverage your skills in a dynamic environment where you can make a real difference in clients' lives.

Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from intake to resolution. Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish. Gather and organize case documentation and evidence. Assist clients in understanding their rights and the legal process. Coordinate with medical providers and insurance companies. Prepare and file necessary legal documents in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records and case notes in our case management system. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout their case.

Requirements:

Bilingual in Spanish and English is a must. Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury case management. Strong understanding of personal injury law and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Positive demeanor and a passion for helping clients.
