Assist residents with overcoming barriers associated with their health conditions so they may live in on-site in their apartments successfully. Provide information, training, hands on assistance and skill building to individuals served.
Qualifications:
BA in Human Services or equivalent. Experience working with people with disabilities or older adults a plus. Clean, valid NY State Driver's License.
