Join our team as an Overnight Case Manager and help ensure safety, stability, and compassionate care during critical hours of need. Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. A language differential is available and bilingual skills must be used daily as part of the role. Key Responsibilities Maintain the safety, security, and smooth overnight functioning of the Domestic Violence Emergency Residence Follow all program policies, routines, and procedures Provide light cleaning and upkeep of the shelter as needed Answer phone calls, including the Unity House Domestic Violence Hotline Assist with calls from the NYS Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault/PREA Hotlines when needed Build rapport with residents using trauma-informed and victim-centered approaches Provide crisis intervention and support during overnight needs and emergencies Complete timely and accurate reports and documentation Contribute to an environment of inclusion, dignity, and belonging Qualifications & Requirements College degree preferred High School Diploma/GED required 1-2 years prior experience working with victims of domestic violence or similar vulnerable populations Reliable transportation required Valid NYS driver's license required
