Case Manager (Residential Services) Williamsville, NY | Full-Time (40 hrs) Mon-Fri | $50,000-$57,000/year What You'll Own This isn't a typical case manager role. You'll be the behind-the-scenes problem solver ensuring the people we support have uninterrupted access to the benefits they rely on every day. Keep SSI, Medicaid, Medicare, and other benefits active and accurate Catch and fix issues before they impact individuals or billing Track payments, reconcile accounts, and ensure everything lines up Navigate systems like Social Security and Medicaid with confidence Work across teams to solve complex, real-time challenges What Makes You a Fit You're detail-oriented, persistent, and not afraid to dig into a problem until it's solved.
