We are currently recruiting for a Licensed Foster Care Lead Case Manager to work full-time in Beavercreek, Ohio. Qualifications
  • Licensed as LSW or LPC Minimum of Bachelor's degree Valid driver's license and daily access to insured automobile 3-5 years of relevant experience Ability to work a flexible schedule Benefits

  • Lead the divisional case management team.
This includes providing guidance, direction, training, and supervision to case management staff. Provide supervisory backup for needs of foster parents and case management staff. Travel daily to provide in-home and community-based services to families and youth living throughout the greater Dayton area. Complete referral reviews and intake assignments. Coordinate with county agency as appropriate and attend family sessions. Coordinate and monitor service provisions for youth and family in the community and with school officials, courts and other appropriate parties involved with the client. Complete assessments and develop treatment plans. Complete timely documentation. Provide coverage for case management positions during absences and/or turnover. IND123
