Community-Based / Nonprofit Requirements Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related) Ohio license or eligibility required (LSW, LPC, LPCC, LISW, or equivalent) Open to candidates working toward independent licensure Strong documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills Job Duties Conduct intakes, clinical assessments, and develop individualized treatment/service plans Provide individual and group counseling to support participant stability and growth Coordinate referrals and advocate for clients across systems (education, workforce, reentry) Track participant progress and adjust plans as needed to support goal achievement Maintain timely, accurate documentation including case notes and assessments Collaborate with clinical supervisors, coordinators, and program staff; attend supervision and case reviews Support program participants through trauma-informed, strengths-based approaches
