Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Court Services Coordinator to join our Admissions team. In this critical liaison role, you will support clients who are navigating the legal system, helping them comply with court obligations while progressing through treatment. You'll advocate for treatment over incarceration, maintain legal documentation, and build strong relationships with legal entities across Ohio. Key Responsibilities Legal Coordination & Advocacy Manage court calendars and ensure clients attend scheduled hearings (virtual/in-person) Conduct intakes and assessments for court-referred clients Coordinate and provide transportation for court appearances, jail discharges, and legal obligations Liaise with courts, probation officers, and public defenders Draft and submit court letters, legal verifications, and updates on client progress Administrative & Compliance Support Maintain accurate documentation in client records and legal databases Assist with urinalysis coordination and diagnostic summaries as needed Uphold HIPAA confidentiality and legal compliance standards Participate in team meetings, trainings, and policy development Community Engagement Attend outreach events, court meetings, and advocacy sessions with the Court Services Director Promote Woodhaven's services to courts, jails, and probation departments across Southwest Ohio Required Qualifications Education & Certification High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Social Work, or related field preferred Active CDCA certification (required) Valid Ohio Driver's License (required) - must be transport eligible CPR certification (company-sponsored if not current) Experience & Skills 1-3 years of experience in legal, behavioral health, or social service settings preferred Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to navigate legal documents, online court systems, and EHR platforms Comfort working with diverse populations in emotionally sensitive situations What We Offer At Woodhaven, we provide a competitive compensation package and valuable benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance Short-Term and Long-Term Disability 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible scheduling options after training Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Opportunities for professional development and license renewal Career advancement pathways Referral Bonus Program:
