Overview Join our dedicated team as a Caseworker/Program Support specialist, where you will play a vital role in assisting individuals and families through compassionate casework and supportive services. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by guiding clients through assistance with basic needs, coordinating resources, or working with our domestic violence and legal advocacy program for help. Responsibilities Utilize interviewing skills to gather accurate information while building trust and rapport with diverse populations Work with a team to support office operations and multiple program needs. Qualifications Proven experience in social service with a focus on client advocacy and support services Familiarity with law enforcement procedures and collaboration protocols when addressing safety or legal matters Excellent report writing skills with attention to detail and confidentiality standards Ability to conduct effective interviews, demonstrating empathy and active listening skills Background in human service is preferred Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism under pressure Join us in making a difference!
