FULL-TIME CASEWORKER

Availability:

Starting date to be determined by RCCS and successful candidate.

Rate:

$20.60/hr. with consideration given for LSW Licensure, relevant advanced degree, and/or prior child welfare caseworker experience. Qualifications:

• A passion to partner with individuals, empower families, and strengthen communities.
• A commitment to achieve safety, stability and permanency for children.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Human Services related field ( Criminal Justice, Psychology, Sociology, Childhood Development , etc.) - This requirement may be deferred for up to 5 years after hire for candidates with (i) a bachelor's degree in a non-Human Services related field, (ii) a human services related Associate's degree, and/or (iii) sufficient relevant experience.
• Valid Ohio Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
• The ability to work within Agency, State and Federal mandates and guidelines.

Work Hours:

Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

• Holidays, weekends, and on call as needed.
• This position may be required to work beyond standard Agency office hours as necessary to meet the needs of Agency clients and to complete assigned duties.
