Job Description of Case Manager for
North Ridgeville Community Care Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required with 2-5 years experience in a non-profit setting. Passion for North Ridgeville Community's mission and ability to articulate its philosophy, values, and practices to foundations and donors. Satisfactory Criminal background check. Distinguishing Job Characteristics Management of the day to operations of the office. Proactively and professionally screen telephone calls, e-mails and visitors. Use initiative and independent judgment to respond to requests and provide information and resolve issues, based on the CEO priorities and instruction. Case Manage with clients. Willing to work with clients and help them with their needs. Excellent organizational skills. Experience administering grants required. Be prolific in writing and researching grants that are obtainable to NRCC. The Case Manager will report to and work with the CEO and will be responsible for all aspects of grant funding. Familiarity with nonprofit policies and procedures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adjust to the diverse needs of clients and staff. Proficiency in Microsoft Office required. Skills should include demonstrated leadership ability, problem solving, data analysis, personnel management, and strong interpersonal skills Maintain the volunteer schedule. Maintain client lists. Prepare and maintain application paperwork. Prepare highly confidential reports, correspondence, etc. Other duties as assigned. Time and Compensation Compensation rate commensurate with experience, set by CEO of North Ridgeville Community Care and reviewed annually. Part-Time (25 hours a week) No benefits offered. Conditions Employment at will. Time as required to complete job requirements Three-month probationary period.
Supervisor:
CEO of Community Care. Annual performance evaluation administered by the CEO of Community Care. The Case Manager position, responsibilities, compensation, and benefits will be reviewed on an annual basis.
