Job Description

QIDP/ case manager with a bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Sociology, Education or a related field is required. Experience with working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred. Strong organizational, communication, & problem solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively & independently. Knowledge of applicable regulations & best practices.
