Job Description

Women's Firstep is looking for a dedicated Case Manager to join our team and support women on their journey to recovery and independence. At OKC Metro Alliance, we provide a safe, structured, and supportive environment where women can heal, grow, and build a new future. As a Case Manager at Women's Firstep, you will play a vital role in guiding residents through personalized recovery plans, connecting them with essential resources, and advocating for their success. What you'll do: Work one-on-one with residents to assess needs, develop Individual Service Plans (ISPs), and track progress. Facilitate monthly case management meetings to ensure accountability and growth. Provide support in navigating community resources, securing medications, and attending appointments. Assist in maintaining a sober and structured environment through weekly check-ins and accountability measures. Collaborate with staff in team meetings to advocate for residents and address concerns. Maintain accurate documentation and reports to track resident progress.
What We're Looking For:
A bachelor's degree is preferred (however relevant case management experience will be considered). A compassionate and organized individual with a passion for helping others succeed. Strong communication and advocacy skills to support clients in achieving independence. Ability to work as part of a team and uphold the mission of Women's Firstep. $39,000.00 - $41,000.00 per year
