YST offers a wide array of innovative and proven programs focused on counseling, runaway and homeless youth, delinquency prevention and youth development. Our programs are based on the needs and input of youth, their families, and our community, and are recognized as national models for quality and creativity. Job description The Housing Case Manager provides supportive services, referrals, and advocacy to young adults transitioning to independent living. This position also assures clients are aware of available services through YST programming/community partnerships and to help them access services and mainstream benefits and to build relationships necessary to assist young adults in attaining their individualized goals. An equivalent of education and experience working with at risk young adults is recommended and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science is highly preferred.
