Bend, OR Starting Pay:

$22/hour (DOE) Position Summary J Bar J Youth Services is seeking a compassionate and organized Case Management Associate to support participants in our housing programs. This role works closely with Case Managers to provide client-centered services and ensure continuity of care during periods of increased demand. This position also offers a pathway into a Case Manager role, with the opportunity to transition after 3 months based on performance and program needs. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular client check-ins and support progress toward housing stability Assist Case Managers with caseload coordination and client follow-up Maintain accurate service notes and client documentation (HMIS experience preferred) Collect and organize required client documents (ID, income, benefits, etc.) Ensure client files are complete, accurate, and audit-ready Collaborate with team members to support coordinated service delivery Help prepare clients for housing placement in coordination with Housing staff Qualifications Experience working with vulnerable populations (housing or social services preferred) Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to a client-centered, trauma-informed approach HMIS experience is a plus Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field (or equivalent experience) Familiarity with housing programs such as Rapid Rehousing (RRH), Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH), or youth services Why Join J Bar J Youth Services?
