Mon/Tues/Thurs 9-6pm, Wednesday 10-7pm (willing to work around employees schedule) •

Location:
La Grande, OR (The 906 Youth Resource Center) The Case Manager is responsible for helping with the operation of The 906 Youth Resource Center and assisting in the administration of our HRSN program. This position will work directly with clients of varying ages and from a diverse range of backgrounds. An ideal candidate would have an understanding of local resources and how to advocate on behalf of a participant. In this role, you'll get to: Build meaningful connections with clients through trust, empathy, and respect Help support youth, families, and individuals in Eastern Oregon Provide support and guidance to individuals from diverse backgrounds Build housing sustainability plans with clients Assist as needed at the Youth Resource Center Continue to grow this amazing program to help ensure that Oregonians remain housed
Must Haves:
Positive attitude Willingness to learn local and regional resources to share with participants Ability to interact/communicate with youth, adults, and staff from varied backgrounds in a positive and professional manner Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Desire to work alongside participants to meet personal goals Ability to case note and provide resources to participants Willingness to attend weekly program meetings Participate in a criminal background check.
