Job Summary:
' Bachelor's degree in the human service field or HS diploma/GED and 3 years of experience within the field ' Ability to receive certification as a QMHA-I or II as defined by OAR (Oregon Administrative Rules) 309-022-0125 within one month of employment ' Ability to work independently and take initiative '
Experience/Skills:
o Knowledge of Mental Health assessments, treatment strategies, and service coordination o Experience with children/families who have experienced trauma o Understanding/training of evidence-based approaches o Commitment to culturally responsive approaches/services o Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills with an ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team o Understanding/training of evidence-based approaches o Commitment to culturally responsive approaches/services o Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills with an ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team ' Time management and organizational skills ' Ability to pass a background check ' Valid driver's license and insurance (If required for the position) ' Eligibility for or ability to obtain an NPI Referral Contact ' Referrals are initiated within 24 hours of receipt of Contact Notes and documentation ' Documentation of all services within OAR timelines ' Monthly reports tracking data as required Community Involvement ' Participation in multidisciplinary team meetings
Supervision:
' Maintaining certification ' Meeting for supervision as directed by OARs
Caseload:
' Maintain a caseload (to be determined by supervisor)

$23.00 to $25.00 per Hour Depending on Experience, Negotiable
