Full Job Description Compensation:
$24
  • $27/Hour This position coordinates communication between the Family Treatment Court (FTC), NWFS treatment providers, and participating families.

05/01/2026 What You'll Do Primary Responsibilities Collaborate with the IOP/OP clinical team to track, gather, and document client information for weekly court summaries. Meet with clients to provide trauma-informed case management services with a focus on supporting client self-sufficiency goals. Collaborate with the IOP/OP program manager, clinical supervisor, Clackamas FTC Coordinator, and other FTC parties to ensure client needs are met. Attend and participate in FTC staffing and provide updated client information via weekly summaries. Complete documentation for court notes. Coordinate client transportation for treatment and court appearances. Enter client appointments, groups, and UA results into the court-based system. Coordinate and submit participant support purchase requests. Submit and track purchase requests for client incentive gift cards. Collaborate with clients and NWFS staff to support clients to progress through court phases and submit phase task information.
Education / Experience
A bachelor's degree in a related field is required. A CRM, PSS, or CADC I is required within six months of hire. Experience working with diverse communities experiencing SUD is required. Supplemental Information Prior to a new hire, a background check, including criminal record history, will be conducted. Information from the background check will not necessarily preclude employment. This position requires the use of a personal vehicle and a minimum level of insurance coverage for that vehicle.
Minimum Coverage Amount:
