Our Case Manager position is the link between Youth/Families and the Juvenile Justice System. Employees in this role gain valuable experience in report writing, facilitating individual and group sessions, providing court testimony and maintaining contact with referring agencies, reporting student progress, facilitating meetings between Youth/Families and referring agencies, assisting with on-campus program emergencies, and transitioning the Youth back to home and community.

Requirements:

Associate or Bachelor's Degree Experience in professional writing and use of an electronic health record Minimum of 21 years of age Ability to pass a PA State Criminal check (ACT 34) Ability to pass a PA Child Abuse Clearance (ACT 33) Ability to pass a FBI Clearance (ACT 114 Clean National Sex Offender Registry Report Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Pass a physical and drug screening Benefits include:
