As a Case Manager , you'll play a critical role in supporting children, resource families, and birth families by coordinating services, solving problems, and ensuring every child has access to a safe and supportive environment. Pay & Benefits We take care of our team so you can focus on what matters most: 100% Employer-Paid Medical, Dental & Vision (Employee Coverage) HRA covering $4,500 of your $5,000 deductible 401(k) with a 4% employer match Paid parental leave Tuition reimbursement Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Time Off Up to 17 days PTO annually 14 paid holidays Birthday time off Volunteer time off What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree preferred (Social Work or related field a plus) 2+ years of experience working with children and/or families preferred Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities Compassionate, team-oriented mindset Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License Ability to obtain/maintain required clearances: PA Child Abuse PA State Police FBI Clearance What You'll Do Build strong, supportive relationships with children and families Coordinate services including medical care, education, and family visits Develop and implement case plans with families and partner agencies Maintain accurate and timely documentation and case records Attend court hearings, team meetings, and required trainings Support safe placements and assist with the intake process Arrange or provide transportation as needed Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet client needs Stay compliant with agency policies, state regulations, and best practices Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer or desk Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach occasionally throughout the workday Ability to lift and carry up to 10-15 pounds Manual dexterity to operate a computer, telephone, and other office equipment Ability to read screens and documents for extended periods Ability to communicate clearly in person, by phone, and electronically Reasonable accommodations can be made as needed Why Families United Network?
