Senior Field Client Case Manager - Asia and Middle East Division Harrisburg, PA 2 DAYS AGO 22573045 Summary Harrisburg, PA Travel Job within 300 miles operating radius $128000.00 - $140000.00 per Year 5 Years Experience Bachelor's degree No Commission 40.00 hours per week / Day, Evening, Night, Weekend Shift / Full-Time / Hours May Vary Description The Senior Client Case Manager leads the management of complex global mobility and immigration cases across the Middle East, Asia, and other international regions ensuring high-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and strong client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and lead complex global mobility portfolios across the Middle East, Asia and beyond. Drive case strategy and pathways development, advising clients, and internal stakeholders on optimal global mobility solutions, including employment-based visas, cultural exchange programs, training pathways, and cross-border placements. Act as a senior escalation point, resolving complex case challenges, mitigating regulatory risk, and making high-level decisions in fast-moving, multi-jurisdictional environments. Build and manage strategic relationships with employers, legal partners, sponsors, and international stakeholders. Contribute directly to business growth, identifying opportunities to expand services, increase case volume, and strengthen client retention through high-quality delivery and strategic insight. Mentor and guide junior team members. Ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions. Translate complex immigration and mobility concepts into clear guidance, delivering a high-touch, consultative experience for diverse, international clients.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree Required (or equivalent professional experience). 5-8+ years of experience in client case management, account management, and operations with a global environment. Experience in working with Middle Eastern and Asian markets. Proficiency in English required. Proficiency in Arabic, Mandarin, and Hindi are a strong advantage. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with the capacity to navigate complex and evolving case scenarios' Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across diverse cultures. High level of organization and attention to detail. Proven ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously in a fast paced environment. Proficiency in CRM systems and case management tools required Submission of professional portfolio required, showcasing case management experience, process improvements, strategic contributions, or measurable impact on client outcomes and operational performance.
