This position focuses on supporting children from birth to age three and helping families connect with needed services and resources. The role ensures that each family receives steady guidance from intake to case closure. As a Early Intervention Service Coordinator, County Caseworker 2, you will perform the following duties:Family Support:
Assist families in identifying and accessing services that promote healthy child developmentService Coordination:
Guide children and families through each step of the early intervention processResource Referral:
Connect families with providers, programs, and supports that meet their needsCase Management:
Monitor progress and adjust plans to ensure consistent and effective service deliveryTeam Collaboration:
Work with providers and social service partners to create a smooth and complete experience for familiesWork Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment. Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 1-hour lunch.Telework:

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
Six months of experience as a County Caseworker 1; or Successful completion of the County Social Casework Intern program; or A bachelor's degree with a social welfare major; or A bachelor's degree which includes or is supplemented by 12 college credits in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or other related social sciences and one year of professional social casework experience in a public or private social service agency; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training which includes 12 college credits in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or other related social sciences. Applicants will be considered to have met the educational requirements once they are within two months of graduating with a qualifying degree/credits.Other Requirements:
PA residency requirement is currently waived for this title. You must be able to perform essential job functions.Legal Requirements:
