Bilingual Case Manager TriSource - 3.9 Philadelphia, PA Job Details Temporary | Full-time $25 an hour 17 hours ago Qualifications Foreign language proficiency CPR Certification Intake BLS Certification Criminal Justice Human Services Social Work Full Job Description TriSource is seeking a dedicated, fluent Bilingual (English/Spanish) Case Manager to join our team supporting specialized Housing and Justice Related Services. This role provides comprehensive, culturally competent case management, advocacy, and navigation services for individuals involved in the justice system who are managing substance use disorders, mental health challenges, and housing instability. The ideal candidate will serve as a vital link between participants, the court system, treatment providers, and housing resources to promote long-term stability and success.
Position Details & Schedule Shift:
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Consistent daytime hours)

Hire Location:
Case Management / Court-based setting Job Requirements & Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Human Services, or a closely related field.
Fluency:
Full professional proficiency in verbal and written English and Spanish is strictly required.
Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working within case management, community mental health, substance use treatment, or the criminal justice system preferred. Compliance & Onboarding Documents To be considered for placement, candidates must provide the following documentation. All background checks must be less than 6 months old at the time of submission: PA Criminal History Clearance (Dated within the last 6 months) PA Child Abuse History Clearance (Dated within the last 6 months) FBI Fingerprint Clearance (Dated within the last 6 months) Physical Exam with PPD (TB Test) completed at the time of hire Copy of Degree and/or Official Transcripts confirming Bachelor's status Current CPR Card /
Certification Key Responsibilities Case Management & Advocacy:
Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, develop individualized service plans, and provide ongoing support to court-involved participants.
Court Coordination:
Attend treatment court hearings, prepare progress reports for the judicial team, and collaborate closely with legal and probation partners.
Housing Navigation:
Assist participants in locating, securing, and maintaining stable, safe housing; connect individuals with emergency shelters, transitional housing, and long-term rental assistance programs.
Bilingual Communication:
Conduct assessments, crisis intervention, and daily service delivery fluently in both English and Spanish to ensure clear and accurate communication.
Resource Referral:
Coordinate and monitor referrals to outpatient treatment, mental health counseling, medical care, and life-skills training.
