Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager specializing in the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Waiver program. As a Case Manager, you will coordinate services, facilitate access to resources, and advocate for clients to ensure they receive personalized, effective support that promotes independence and quality of life.
