No Position Overview This is a paid residency opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in case management within a supportive, community-focused environment. You'll work directly with clients while receiving guidance, structure, and access to the tools needed to grow in this field, to include but not limited to supplies needed, 24/7 access to our center with your own space. No prior case management experience needed. If not certified, we will provide the courses and exam needed to become certified within 30 days of hire.

Training & Compensation Structure Probationary Phase/Getting Certified Base Pay:

$18.00(usd)/hour During this period, you will not work directly 1:1 with clients but will shadow case management duties upon clients consent. Completing company required training (paid by company) Perform client intakes as needed upon completion of training our intake process. Case Management study guide, exam and certification. (Paid by company) This phase prepares you for unsupervised case management work. Probation period lasts a minimum of 30 days to ensure time to for all your training.

Post-Probationary Phase/ OR ALREADY Actively Certified Base Pay:

$20.00 DOE Provide 1:1 case management support to your assigned case load Complete intakes as needed per Intake Coordinator need. Maintain and enter case notes within 24 hours of meeting with your client in our company provided HIPPA compliant EHR system (Therapy Notes) Provide follow-up on coach sent referrals for services outside our scope of practice Requirements No prior case management experience required Background check required (paid by company) per federal regulations of working with vulnerable populations. No drug testing required Must adhere to a strict no-tolerance policy for substance use while working Remain HIPPA compliant at all times and only contact clients during business hours Strong communication skills Integrity, reliability, and professionalism Commitment to our mission. RESIDENCY PROGRAM OVERVIEW

• Residents earn up to $2,000(usd)/month.

•

Program Fee:

Because this is a supported residency (including training, supplies, systems, and client access), a flat monthly program fee of $400.00(usd) applies.

This covers the following:

• Ongoing mentorship and guidance
• Client coordination and referrals
• Access to systems, documentation tools, and resources
• Supplies and operational support
• Certifications and Licensing
• 24/7 access to the center with a private space provided for you
• Residency for Case Management is for 9 months long. Once completed you can continue to contract with us but are considered graduated from the program. Once graduated no fee is due regardless of staying on as a contractor.
• Fee due last Friday of every month starting the month AFTER contract
• If you decide to leave the residency program before graduation, no money will be owed, but any property given during the program must be returned.
• Upon graduation the equipment provided for you is yours to keep except for any items that exceed $500.
