Be part of a team that makes a real difference. Responsibilities We are seeking a Full-time Case Manager Supervisor to join our National Catastrophic team. This is a fully remote position, with a preference for candidates located in the Eastern or Central time zones to support collaboration with our field teams. In this role, you'll lead and support field case managers while overseeing complex catastrophic cases. You'll play a critical role in ensuring high-quality outcomes, delivering a strong customer and candidate experience, and driving consistency across care management practices. What you'll do: Provide day-to-day support, guidance, and coaching to field case managers Oversee catastrophic referral intake and case assignment processes Monitor complex catastrophic cases to ensure quality, progress, and adherence to guidelines Serve as a clinical and operational resource, helping navigate high-acuity situations Partner closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure coordinated care Maintain proactive, clear communication with customers and care teams Support adherence to account-specific requirements and best practices Coach and mentor field case managers to strengthen performance and development Facilitate effective transitions of care for complex patients
Qualifications Education:
Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
Experience:
3+ years clinical practice required. Workers' compensation-related experience preferred. Expertise managing catastrophic claims preferred. Prior leadership and mentoring skills required.
Skills:
Ability to advocate recommendations effectively with physicians/providers, employers, and customers. Ability to work independently. Knowledge of basic computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook Email. Proficient grammar, sentence structure, and written communication skills.
Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:
Active RN License Required URAC-recognized certification in case management (CCM) preferred
