Foster Care Case Manager

The Foster Care Case Manager provides case management to children and their families who have been placed in out-of-home care by the court system.

Responsible for the development and implementation of permanency plans for children who are in the custody of the Childrens Division.

The Foster Care Case Manager reports to the Foster Care Case Manager Supervisor.

Education:

Bachelors degree in a behavioral science or related degreeYou'll be on a team based out of our Springfield, MO office. This is position is hybrid with remote work options. Most of the working hours take place in the field, with only 1-3 days in office for supervision and other work-related meetings.

Our foster care program serves children and teens, newborn to age 18, in the custody of the state who have been removed from their parents custody due to abuse or neglect.

Foster care case managers provide, coordinate, and facilitate all services necessary to support the permanency goal for the children in care. Case managers provide for safety and needs assessments, resource acquisition transportation and visitation, court reports, and authorization of funds for services to family members.

Must be 21 years old to apply. Pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check required.
