This role coordinates mobile paramedical cases, supports field staff, and oversees administrative workflows to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage paramedical cases, scheduling, and daily operations. Serve as primary point of contact for clients, referral sources, and examiners. Oversee office operations, supplies, equipment, and vendor services. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with HIPAA and company policies. Handle client calls, emails, and issue resolution in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
Experience in healthcare case management, medical office operations, or paramedical services. Strong organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling/documentation systems. Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred.
