Case Manager Location:
Remote Open to candidates based in: Pittsburgh, PA, Durham & Charlotte, NC, Phoenix, AZ, Orlando, FL, Dallas & Fort Worth, TX.
About the role:
We're looking for a Case Manager to support patients and healthcare providers throughout their treatment journey. In this role, you'll manage cases, provide updates, and help ensure patients have access to the programs and support they need. What you'll do: Act as the main point of contact for patients, providers, and internal teams Support program enrollment, benefits verification, and pharmacy referrals Conduct onboarding calls and follow up with patients as needed Provide updates on case status and next steps Process patient assistance program (PAP) requests Help resolve issues and escalate complex cases when needed Work with cross-functional teams to support patient needs Document all case activity accurately and maintain compliance Manage a caseload and prioritize tasks effectively What we're looking for: Strong communication and customer service skills 2+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting Experience managing multiple cases or tasks at once Comfortable working across multiple systems Proficient with Microsoft Office tools Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Availability to work an 8-hour shift between 8 AM - 8 PM
