Case Managers are the driving force behind every case at WA Auto Law. From the moment of collision to the final dollar of compensation, they own the journey — guiding clients through one of the most stressful experiences of their lives and turning that situation into clarity and resolution. This isn't your typical law firm role. Case Managers here operate with a level of autonomy and responsibility that most firms reserve for attorneys. They are the driving force between clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and the entire legal team — orchestrating every moving piece to actively progress cases toward settlement and closure.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Client Communication:
Maintain consistent, proactive communication with clients, ensuring contact at least every two weeks. Build strong relationships to enhance client satisfaction and secure positive feedback, including Google reviews.
Medical Coordination:
Coordinate timely and appropriate medical treatment for all clients, ensuring scheduling within two weeks of case initiation. Monitor ongoing care, prioritizing specialty treatment to support optimal case outcomes.
Case Management & Resolution:
Manage cases efficiently from intake through settlement, working to resolve a consistent monthly caseload. Move cases toward timely closure while maximizing value.
Settlement & Negotiation:
Negotiate effectively with insurance companies to achieve favorable outcomes, including pursuing policy limits. Ensure negotiations and post-settlement processes are completed within established timelines. Required Skills/Abilities Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Required.
Strong Communication skills. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager. Exhibit a passion for helping the customers we serve. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and internet usage. Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize workload and multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of empathy and understanding when dealing with clients in distress. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional ethics. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and demands, maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, contributing to the overall success of the team. Experience with Filevine is a plus.
