This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping clients through difficult situations, and takes pride in keeping cases organized and moving forward. Our case managers play a critical role in supporting injured clients and helping them feel informed, supported, and cared for throughout the legal process. Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the pre-litigation process Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution or litigation referral Coordinate client medical treatment and track progress Gather and organize medical records, bills, police reports, photos, and supporting evidence Draft letters of representation and protection Prepare detailed demand packages for attorney review Maintain accurate and organized case notes within the case management system Assist with medical lien resolution and property damage claims Track deadlines and support attorneys with settlement preparation and case evaluations Deliver exceptional client service while effectively managing a high-volume caseload Qualifications Minimum 2 years of case management experience with a personal injury law firm High school diploma or higher Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Positive, team-oriented attitude with openness to feedback Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and case management software (e.g., BackDocket, Filevine, Clio, SmartAdvocate) What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance options Paid time off and holidays Professional development opportunities Supportive and collaborative work environment How to Apply Submit your resume and a brief cover letter explaining your interest in the role.
