The firm works with elite advisors, family offices, CPAs, attorneys and affluent clients throughout the United States and Latin America. Position Summary The firm is seeking a highly organized and proactive Life Insurance Case Manager to join its Miami office. This role is responsible for managing life insurance applications from submission through policy placement, coordinating with carriers and advisors and ensuring a high-level client experience throughout the underwriting process. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, detail-oriented and experienced in life insurance new business and underwriting coordination. Key Responsibilities Manage life insurance cases from application through policy delivery Coordinate underwriting requirements including: APS records Medical exams Financial documents Inspection reports Communicate regularly with carriers, underwriters, advisors and clients Track case status and follow up on outstanding requirements Review applications for accuracy and completeness Assist with policy issue, delivery and placement Maintain detailed CRM and case management records Provide exceptional service to advisors and clients Support high-net-worth and international client cases Assist with premium finance and advanced market cases when applicable Qualifications 2+ years of life insurance case management or underwriting support experience preferred Strong understanding of life insurance new business processing Excellent organizational and follow-up skills Ability to manage multiple high-priority cases simultaneously Strong communication and client service abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook and CRM systems Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required Preferred Experience Brokerage General Agency experience High-net-worth or foreign national case experience Experience working with major life insurance carriers Knowledge of premium finance and advanced markets Familiarity with electronic application platforms and underwriting portals Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary Performance-based bonuses Professional growth opportunities Collaborative and entrepreneurial work environment Exposure to sophisticated domestic and international insurance cases
