Job Description

GSHC Surrogacy Case Manager Do you have a passion for helping families grow? Are you organized, detail-oriented, and possess a strong sense of empathy? If so, GSHC wants you! GSHC Surrogacy is searching for a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting intended parents and surrogates throughout their incredible surrogacy journey.
What You'll Do:
Act as a trusted point of contact for intended parents and surrogates, providing guidance and support throughout the entire surrogacy process. Facilitate clear and regular communication between all parties involved. Manage medical coordination, ensuring the surrogate receives all necessary screenings, embryo transfer, and prenatal care. Oversee legal aspects, working with the legal team to guarantee contracts and agreements are completed accurately and on time. Coordinate financial management, including compensation payments, insurance reimbursements, and expense tracking for both intended parents and the surrogate. Handle insurance verification, enrollment, and connect parties with relevant network providers or cash-pay options. Provide emotional support to the surrogate, addressing any anxieties or concerns they may have. Facilitate communication between intended parents, the surrogate, and hospital staff during and after delivery. Assist intended parents with welcoming their newborn baby and navigate initial logistics. Ensure the surrogate receives proper postpartum care and addresses any ongoing needs. Finalize all necessary paperwork and ensure a smooth transition for both intended parents and the surrogate after the baby is born. Maintain knowledge of current surrogacy laws, regulations, and best practices. Advocate for the rights and well-being of intended parents and surrogates. Perfect Fit If You Have:
A minimum of three years of experience working within surrogacy as a Case Manager Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds. A compassionate and empathetic nature. The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as some client visits may be required.
