This is an existing and well running department at the core of our agency's services. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in social work or related field (masters degree preferred), along with hands on experience working with homeless, mental health, and/or substance use communities. Must have demonstrated competency managing staff, and the ability to maintain composure in a fast paced environment, descalation skills. Strong computer and data analysis skills required.
