Competitive pay: $18-$23/hour , depending on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Three health plan options Two employee-only plans fully covered by employer Paid time off, including: Vacation Sick leave Paid holidays Retirement plan with employer contribution Ongoing professional development and specialized training Supportive, collaborative, mission-focused culture Opportunities for advancement within a growing nonprofit organization What You'll Do Provide Survivor-Centered Case Management Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients Conduct screenings, assessments, and intakes focused on safety, confidentiality, and survivor autonomy Develop individualized case plans and goals with youth and adult survivors Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the client database Connect Survivors to Critical Resources Coordinate referrals and services through community partners Assist clients with transportation using personal or agency vehicles when appropriate Collaborate with the care team to provide housing support, emergency assistance, mentorship, and recovery resources Strengthen Community Partnerships Work closely with shelters, halfway houses, schools, correctional facilities, and rural response teams Serve as a liaison between partner organizations and Call to Freedom Coordinate support services for newly identified survivors locally and nationally Support Education & Prevention Efforts Help provide education and training for community partners and service providers Participate in collaborative care meetings and coordinated response teams Assist with prevention education initiatives throughout the community Coordinate Holistic Care Work alongside the Director of Marissa's House & Outreach Services to manage referrals and client intake Support case navigation and coordinated services for clients across the country Travel occasionally to partner meetings and response teams as needed Qualifications Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field Experience in case management with survivors of violence, trafficking, trauma, or substance abuse Training or familiarity with trauma-informed care You'll Thrive in This Role If You Are:
Compassionate, adaptable, and self-motivated Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities Skilled in written and verbal communication Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team environment Additional Requirements Valid driver's license and ability to maintain motor vehicle insurance Willingness to travel occasionally, including possible overnight trips Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.
