Description Dental Case Manager / Treatment Coordinator Dream Dental
  • Goodlettsville, TN Dream Dental is seeking an experienced, patient-focused Dental Case Manager/Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team in Goodlettsville, TN.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dental professional who enjoys building relationships with patients, presenting treatment plans, and helping patients move forward with the care they need. Our busy, established general dentistry practice offers a wide range of services, including dental implants, clear aligner therapy, restorative dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, and preventive care. We have a loyal patient base, modern technology, and a supportive team environment dedicated to delivering exceptional patient experiences. Schedule This position follows a rotating 4-day workweek: Week 1: Monday
  • Thursday Week 2: Tuesday
  • Friday Week 3: Wednesday
  • Saturday Availability until 6:00 PM and Saturday availability are required.
What You'll Do Present comprehensive treatment plans with confidence and professionalism Educate patients on recommended treatment and answer questions Review insurance benefits and discuss financial arrangements Assist patients with third-party financing options, including CareCredit, Sunbit, and Cherry Coordinate treatment scheduling to support patient acceptance and continuity of care Build trust and long-term relationships with patients Follow up on unscheduled treatment and maintain accurate patient records Collaborate closely with doctors, hygienists, and administrative team members Deliver an exceptional patient experience from consultation through treatment completion Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of dental experience required Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator, Case Manager, Patient Coordinator, or Front Desk Team Member preferred Confidence presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options Experience utilizing CareCredit, Sunbit, Cherry, or similar financing platforms Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Experience with Open Dental software preferred Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude Full Benefits Package Competitive compensation based on experience Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays Life insurance Short-term disability insurance Long-term disability insurance Continuing education opportunities Career growth and advancement opportunities Why Join Dream Dental?
