15 / hour (based on position, education, and experience) Residential Counselor Positions Residential Counselors work in 24/7 facilities providing direct client care and support, including intake assessments, safety checks, group facilitation, and crisis stabilization. Schedules may include evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts. Shift differentials are available for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
