Job Description

Leads team of clinic staff to ensure that clinic services are delivered in a professional and efficient manner in compliance with all applicable requirements. Responsible for provision of high-quality customer service and demonstrates effective issue resolution in staff and client interactions. Provides oversight of workflow in the clinic as well as planning, assigning and/or supervising the work of others. Demonstrates and promotes professionalism to ensure high quality of service to clients and other identified customers. Develops and implements unit policies and procedures for compliance with documentation standards for quality, completion, and timeliness of submission. The Youth Crisis Outreach Team (YCOT) program is a crisis stabilizing resource specially designed to support youth and families in crisis to prevent escalation to more acute settings when resolution in home, school or community setting is more appropriate. YCOT is a specialized resource embedded within the crisis service continuum, working alongside MCOT to collectively provide support 24 hours a day, seven days a week. YCOT will provide developmentally appropriate, in person response with specially trained staff. YCOT will used Trauma informed interventions and strategies to de-escalate a youth crisis, aid in relapse prevention and safety planning, and will offer support to the youth and their family, or other primary caregiver, for a minimum of 30 days and up to 90 days after crisis. Assists in teaching and directing case management personnel. Works under the supervision of the Service Area Manager with moderate latitude use of initiative and independent judgment.
